Patient Description
This 37 year old patient had a breast aug via the inframammary fold (the crease under the breast) and is now a year and a half out from surgery. She used silicone breast implants and they were placed under the pectoralis muscle. As you can see, a properly placed incision is completely invisible. She’s absolutely loving her confidence in her balanced proportions and has the tan lines to prove it!
